- Each adult in your party must electronically sign a waiver before arrival

- Use only Tupperware, Rubbermaid, or thermos containers; paper sacks, boxes, plastic water bottles, aluminum cans, breakable plastic utensils, paper napkins, and paper towels are not allowed
- You are responsible for repair or replacement costs for damaged rental equipment
- Arrive 30 minutes before your launch time; late arrivals are treated as no-shows
- Late returns cost $5 per piece of equipment for every 15 minutes past the return time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund or to reschedule. No refunds apply for cancellations or rescheduling outside that period. A weather-forced rain check receives credit for another day and time as weather permits. Bad weather during your rental does not qualify for a refund or reschedule.
