- Drivers need a valid driver's license or a completed boater safety course
- Up to two drivers are permitted per piece of equipment
- You are liable for 100% of damage to the rental
- Additional fees, including an online convenience fee, are not included in the listed price
- Late returns are charged at the standard hourly rate, rounded up to the next 15 minutes
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before your rental for a full refund less a 10% processing fee. Cancel 3–14 days before for a 50% refund. No refunds within 72 hours. No-shows are charged in full.

Delivery time is set by 8 PM the evening before your delivery date. Daily deliveries are typically between 8 AM and 11 AM unless a later time is agreed upon. Return daily rentals between 4 PM and 7 PM.
