- Paddlers age 16 and under must be accompanied on the water by someone age 18 or older
- Complete a waiver for every member of your party before pickup
- Arrive 5 minutes early; late arrival reduces your time on the water and may result in no water time
- Return the kayak by your reserved time; a $30 late fee per boat, not included in the listed price, applies when returned more than 15 minutes late
Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation. No-shows and cancellations within 4 hours are charged full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
