- Arrive 5 minutes early; late arrival reduces or may eliminate water time, with no refund for forfeited reservations
- Complete waivers for every member of your party before arriving for pickup

- Ages 8–15 require a parent or guardian to rent a kayak or pedal boat at the same time
- Ages 16–17 require a parent or guardian's signed waiver in advance
- Weight limit 250 lbs per single kayak
- Dogs are not allowed; service dogs may ride in a kayak
- Return the kayak by your reserved time; a late fee applies
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 48 hours before your reservation. Cancellations within 4 hours and no-shows are charged the full price.
