Important details
- Maximum kayak capacity: 300 lbs
- Every adult age 18 or older must electronically sign the waiver before arrival
- Arrive 30 minutes before your launch time; late arrivals cannot launch
- KP Hole Park entry is not included; a $10 per-person fee applies on arrival
- If equipment remains available after a missed launch, a $15 relaunch fee applies
- Late returns cost $5 per piece of equipment for every 15 minutes past the return time
- You are responsible for damage to rental equipment; repair or replacement charges apply
- Only reusable containers such as Tupperware, Rubbermaid, or a thermos are permitted; paper sacks, boxes, plastic water bottles, aluminum cans, breakable plastic utensils, paper napkins, and paper towels are prohibited
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of booking receive a full refund or may be moved to another day. After 24 hours, funds are not refunded. If weather forces a raincheck, receive credit for another day and time as weather permits. Bad weather during your rental does not qualify for a refund or reschedule.

Guaranteed parking is available at Rainbow River Country Club, 1 mile away, for $20 per vehicle; it includes a drop-off and pickup shuttle to KP Hole Park. Free parking at KP Hole Park is extremely limited during peak season. HOA members may park at the private beach in Rainbow Springs.
Yes. If you exit at Blue Run Park, a pickup and shuttle back to KP Hole Park costs $20 per single kayak, paid directly to KP Hole Park. If you exit at the City Boat Ramp, a shuttle back costs $10 per person.
Return by 7:30 PM from April 1 through September 30, or by 5:30 PM from October 1 through March 31. Later launch times may provide less than 5 hours on the water but use the same 5-hour rental rate.
