Important details
- Renters must be 18 or older; passengers may be any age.
- Bring the card used for the reservation to check-in, along with the cardholder and a matching ID. If the card or cardholder is absent, the reservation will need to be charged to an alternate card.
- Wear a life jacket. Alcohol is not permitted on the kayak.
- Arrive 10–15 minutes before your reservation starts, or 10 minutes early for a 10am reservation. Your rental starts at the scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. You'll also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price. Unused rental time due to late arrival or early return is non-refundable.
