- Park across the street in the gravel lot, not in the driveway or the residents-only parking between the apartment buildings
- Return the lock to the locked position after selecting your kayak. At the end of your rental, lock your kayak to the same rack and return your paddle and life jacket
- Rentals may change depending on water levels, weather, and river access conditions
- Follow Eastern Time for your rental; the launch is near the Eastern and Central Time border
Cancellation Policy
Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or credit. With less than 24 hours' notice, you'll receive a 50% refund. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
