Each rider must complete an online waiver. Riders should be around age 11+ and able to climb stairs without assistance; pregnant riders are not allowed. Gratuity is optional, and tax and booking fees are added—confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking.

100% refund for rain or severe weather. 100% refund if canceled 12+ hours before tour. 50% refund if canceled 3–12 hours before. Within 3 hours: 50% gift card refund.
