- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. A boater safety certificate is required when mandated by Texas law.
- A valid Texas fishing license is required to fish unless you are legally exempt.
- Pets are allowed only with prior approval.
- A refundable security deposit is required before departure and is not included in the listed price. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged against it.
- Late returns may incur additional charges not included in the listed price.
- Fuel usage is reviewed upon return.
- Complete the electronic rental agreement before arrival. You are responsible for safely operating the boat and for everyone aboard; follow applicable boating laws and safety instructions.
- Do not operate the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Passengers may consume alcohol responsibly. Illegal drugs, smoking, and vaping are prohibited onboard.
- Keep the boat within its weight capacity.
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before departure. Your rental starts at the scheduled time, so arriving late may shorten your time on the water.
