Families keep coming back year after year to this Ocean City operation, and it's easy to see why. The captains get consistent shoutouts by name – Jack, Rob, Caroline, Aidan, and Max all earn praise for being fun, patient, and great with kids. The tubing and wakeboarding experiences are particular hits, with one reviewer noting their kids bring friends every summer because it's that good. The inflatable aqua park (called The Yard and Totally Tubular) is another crowd-pleaser where kids can climb and bounce to their hearts' content. Parents appreciate the clean facilities and how welcoming the staff is to families. The main concern that pops up involves lifeguard attentiveness at the aqua park. A few parents noticed guards chatting with each other or looking at phones instead of watching the kids, which is understandable given this is an active water environment. There's also been some inconsistency with timing – one family got shortchanged on their session time. The bathrooms could use an upgrade too. Most experiences lean heavily positive though, with multi-generational groups and women's outings praising the sunset cruises and overall vibe. Just note that tubing can get intense for older adults – one person over 45 mentioned feeling the roughness and suggested younger guests might handle it better.
Second year in a row we did this family outing. Had such a great time, and Jack has great interactions with all the guests!!
