Cancellation Policy
You'll receive a full refund with at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation, or if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Yes. For 1–3-day rentals, optional damage protection costs $10 per bike and is not included in the listed price. It covers replacement parts damaged while riding, up to $500 at wholesale cost, with no installation charge. It excludes frame damage, transport damage, theft, and complete bike replacement after a catastrophic crash.
Yes. Clipless pedal rentals are limited, so bring your own pedals if you prefer. Your rental comes with flat pedals.
Bring suitable riding shoes, food, water, and body armor. Shoes and body armor are not available to rent. Body armor, food, and water are available to purchase at the shop.
