- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and safety preparation
- Ages 13+ only; no one under 13 may enter the property
- Ages 13–17 require an adult to remain on the property during the session
- Bring ID if you are an adult for waiver verification
- Complete the electronic waiver before your session
- Wear tennis shoes or work boots with no visible heel; all observers need compliant shoes too
- Bring only clean outside items; staff inspect them before they can be smashed
Cancellation Policy
Zero-cancellation policy. Changes 24+ hours before start are free. Changes 4+ hours before start incur a $25 fee; under 4 hours incur a $35 fee. Arriving 10+ minutes after start forfeits your reservation.
