Itinerary
💥 Smash Room Experience – What to Expect
ARRIVAL (15–20 mins before) Check in, complete waivers (if not done prior), & get suited up in PPE for your SMASH session.
BEFORE PICS (2-3 mins) Pics of you and/or your group suited up (individuals, couples, entire group). Let your Team Member know whether or not you want pics & whether you are okay with your pics being on our Social Media Platforms.
READY (3-4 mins) A Team Member will give you a quick brief of the rules, do's & don'ts, and suggestions.
GET SET (1 min) Pick your tools, connect your playlist via Bluetooth, and...
SMASH TIME (30 mins) Break bottles, electronics, and more—let it all out in a safe, controlled space!
RESET. PHOTOS. COOL DOWN (5–10 mins) Take after pics, celebrate, and enjoy the aftermath. Let us know if your pictures can be added to our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Wrap-Up (5 mins) Return gear, grab your belongings, and head out feeling refreshed!

Important details
- Ages 13+ only; ages 13–17 must attend with a parent or guardian
- Not suitable while under the influence of alcohol or substances
- Requires swinging, full-body movement, and keeping protective gear on throughout the session
- Not recommended during pregnancy due to physical activity, impact, and noise; people with heart issues, recent injuries, seizures, or other medical conditions should consult a doctor before participating
- Complete a waiver before entering
- Closed-toe shoes with a thick sole and socks are required; Crocs, sandals, heels, and flats without socks are not allowed
- Follow all safety rules, including no throwing items at others or unsafe behavior
- Personal breakables require on-site approval and may be refused if unsafe or non-compliant
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in, waiver completion, and protective gear
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund or credit. If the operator cancels due to weather or emergencies, receive a full refund or credit. No-shows and arrivals more than 15 minutes late are charged in full and forfeit the booking.
