- A credit card must be kept on file for liability charges, including damaged equipment or trash left on the beach.
- For beach bonfires, a $50 county permit fee is not included in the listed price. You'll pay it directly to the county after approval. Vacation-home bonfires do not require this beach permit.
- A $50 replacement charge applies if the fire extinguisher is used; this is not included in the listed price.
- The person responsible for the bonfire must complete a liability waiver. You assume responsibility for equipment use, injuries, damages, and compliance with Walton County bonfire rules.
- An approved beach bonfire permit must be on file before delivery. Keep the permit at the fire site throughout the bonfire.
- Burn only combustible materials free of nails, glass, and other dangerous items. Extinguish the fire with water and clean up all trash and debris.
- Keep someone at the bonfire throughout the rental until the equipment is collected at the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund or credit with 72 hours' notice; partial refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before start. Weather cancellations receive a refund or reschedule, but the county's $50 permit fee is nonrefundable; a new permit costs another $50. Operator cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.

Beach setup cannot begin before 5pm from March 1 through October 31, or before 4pm from November 1 through the end of February. Your bonfire must fit within the county permit's hours and end by 9pm at the latest.
