- Be ready at your scheduled pickup time. The van can wait no more than 10 minutes before departing.
Cancellation Policy
Hikes run unless extreme weather or unforeseen events force cancellation. If the operator cancels, you can reschedule or receive credit; a full refund is usually available. Cancel more than a week ahead: 15% administration fee. From one week to 24 hours: 50% plus administration fees. Under 24 hours or no-show: full price including fees.

Yes. The optional Trail’s End Experience offers alternate drop-off spots after your hike at no extra charge. These locations are within easy walking distance of downtown Nantucket or near local bus stops. After drop-off, you’re on your own.
