Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity, no later than 9:00 AM the day before. Later cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, reschedule for the next available date or receive a full refund.

Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Participants ages 6–12 must ride in the same kayak as an adult who is participating in the excursion.
