- Arrive between 1:00 and 1:30 PM; check-in closes at 1:45 PM and departure is at 2:00 PM
- Sign one waiver per person at check-in
- You'll pay a $3 marine fee per person in cash at check-in; it is not included in the listed price
- Not recommended during pregnancy or for serious back problems
- Swimming proficiency is recommended for snorkeling; flotation devices are available
- No smoking, outside alcohol, or coolers are permitted on the vessel
- Vegan and gluten-free meals are available with a $6 surcharge when requested at least 24 hours in advance
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 48 hours before your excursion. After that, bookings are non-refundable. If the operator cancels for severe weather, mechanical failure, or minimum participation, choose a full refund or rescheduling, subject to availability. Tours run rain or shine; safety reroutes receive no refund.
FAQs
Bring a swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, and any personal items you need. A change of clothes, waterproof phone case or camera, hat, sunglasses, and motion sickness medicine are recommended. Leave outside alcohol, coolers, and smoking materials behind.
