Important details
- Ages 5+ only
- This rental may not be suitable if you are uncomfortable entering the water independently or need continuous assistance in the water
- Participation is not permitted with epilepsy, heart conditions, dizziness, or arm or leg problems
- Equipment fit depends on available sizes
- Bring your booking confirmation and a valid photo ID for pickup
- Keep children under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times
- Parking fees are not included in the listed price
- Complete the required waiver before receiving your equipment
- Follow the safety instructions provided at pickup and keep rental equipment in your care throughout the rental period. Transfers to another person require approval
- Do not touch or stand on coral, or chase, touch, or feed marine wildlife. Give marine animals space and keep trash out of the water
- Arrive at your scheduled pickup time and allow time to park and walk to the rental location
- Return all equipment by 4:30 PM on your final rental day. Late pickup does not extend the rental period
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice, is subject to availability and may incur change fees. If the operator cancels for unsafe conditions, choose rescheduling or a refund under the weather policy. Rain, clouds or forecasts alone do not mean cancellation.
