- Arrive 45 minutes before the 2:00 PM departure
- Complete the required waiver before participating
- Children ages 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Non-swimmers may remain on the boat but cannot snorkel
- Leave glass containers off the boat

Free cancellation with at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
