- Arrive 45 minutes before departure
- Complete the required waiver before your flight
- Weight limit: 300 lbs per person
- Bring a fishing license, warm clothes, rain gear, snacks, drinks, sunscreen, and a camera
- Keep your tour day flexible, as flight times may change due to scheduling or aircraft weight limits
- Expect flights to follow weather conditions and the pilot's final safety decision
- Prepare for a possible overnight stay at a nearby lodge if weather prevents the return flight
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 10 days before your trip for a full refund minus a $30 booking fee per person. No refund for cancellations within 10 days. If canceled for weather or safety, rebook at no extra charge or receive a full refund minus 5% if you cannot rebook. No refunds for missed bear sightings or fish catches.

During peak season, boats may wait for the fishing hole. Boats commonly get 30 minutes at the best spot, and on rare busy days may not reach it before departure. Up to four rods are used at a time, so groups of six take turns.
