- Fish filleting is unavailable for bottom fish, including Spot, Perch, Croaker, and Whiting
- Prepare for outdoor conditions; trips do not cancel for rain or a chance of thunderstorms unless the captain determines conditions are unsafe
- A mandatory 20% gratuity for the mate is not included in the listed price; it is automatically added for parties of 12 or more
- Alcohol is allowed, but intoxication, belligerent behavior, and safety risks are not tolerated
- Drugs, cannabis, and bananas are prohibited onboard

Cancellation Policy
Only the captain may cancel a trip. If you cancel after paying the deposit, the deposit is forfeited. If you cancel within 48 hours of your charter, you are responsible for 100% of the charter price. If the captain cancels, your deposit will be refunded.
