- Closed-toe shoes are required; sandals are not permitted
- Weight limit: 275 lbs per seat
- Not suitable for neck or back problems, pregnancy, motion sickness, heart problems, major medical conditions, or conditions aggravated by a bumpy ride
- Children under 4 require a car seat; ages 5–8 require a booster seat. Car seats are not provided
- Complete a waiver before departure
- Glass containers, pets, smoking, and vaping are not permitted during the tour

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Full refund if the operator cancels due to severe weather or minimum tour capacity. No-shows are charged in full.
