- Arrive 30 minutes before your flight
- Bring the credit card used for the reservation and matching cardholder photo ID
- Weight limit: 300 lbs per passenger; combined passenger limits are 600 lbs in the Robinson 44 or 800 lbs in the Robinson 66
- Keep food, drinks, and large items off the helicopter
- Wear a cover-up over swimsuits; casual attire and sandals are allowed
- Bring only a camera or small purse onboard
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 24 hours before start with no penalty. Cancellations 5–24 hours before may incur a $125 fee; within 4 hours or no-shows forfeit the refund. No penalty applies to cancellations due to weather, the show venue, or the company.
