- Arrive 15 minutes before your tour starts to check in and collect your equipment. Allow extra time to find parking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour for a full refund or credit, or reschedule within that window. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, no-shows, and late arrivals who cannot find the group are nonrefundable. Tours continue in light rain. If unsafe weather causes the operator to cancel, you'll be offered another date.
