Itinerary

1. Meet at Josef Chromy Cellar Door at 11:00am.
2. From 11:00am to 11:30am, tour the winery and discover the vineyard and Tasmania's wine industry.
3. From 11:30am to 12:30pm, learn about the winemaking process and make wine to suit your taste.
4. From 12:30pm to 2:00pm, enjoy lunch with matching wines.
