Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before for a full refund on request; within 48 hours for studio credit. Within 2 hours or for late arrivals, no refund or credit. Credits expire after 6 months. Parties of 6+ incur a 25% cancellation fee. A rebooking fee applies. Workshops cancel for declared weather emergencies, with studio credit issued; otherwise normal cancellation terms apply.
