Important details
- Ages 5–105 welcome. Children under 16 require an accompanying adult.
- No pets allowed.
- No strollers or wagons allowed.
- Review the American Bird Association Code of Birding Ethics before arriving. Avoid disturbing birds or exposing them to danger.
- Walk slowly, talk quietly, and stay on mowed paths to protect the habitat. Respect wildlife, other visitors, and facility structures.
- Take your trash with you and do not feed wildlife.
- Park in designated areas and do not drive on trails. Keep skateboards, bikes, and scooters in parking areas.
- No fishing, hunting, or firearms allowed.
- No alcohol, drugs, smoking, or fires allowed.
- Arrive a few minutes early to sign a waiver and pick out binoculars.
- Preserve gates are open daily from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Exit by 7:00 pm to avoid the risk of your vehicle being towed.
