St. Augustine Adult Trike Rental

The team here has built something special in St. Augustine. Reviewers consistently praise staff members by name—Jacob, Chris, Alexis, Carson, and others—who go remarkably far beyond standard service. One technician called multiple cities to track down warranty information for an 11-year-old bike part and got it replaced for free. Another fixed hydraulic brakes in minutes instead of making a customer come back. The mechanics clearly know their stuff, whether it's tuning up an old Trek, overhauling a fat e-bike, or teaching new road bike owners proper riding technique. Both sales and repair services get enthusiastic mentions, with customers highlighting the friendly, professional atmosphere and efficient work. People bring bikes back repeatedly over years, which says plenty about consistent quality. One disappointing rental experience involved e-bike batteries dying early with minimal follow-up from management, though this seems to be an isolated incident rather than a pattern. Overall, this appears to be a well-run shop where the staff genuinely cares about getting people riding and keeping them happy, whether you're a local regular or just passing through town.
