Important details
- Drivers ages 18+ only
- Rider height requirement: 5'1"–6'5"
- Bike capacity: up to 500 lbs
- Follow local bicycle laws and always yield to pedestrians
- Helmets are required for child passengers
- Stay within the permitted rental boundaries, which include most of downtown St. Augustine and Anastasia Island
- Do not ride on St. George Street, which is pedestrian-only
- Beach areas are accessible, but riding on beaches, sand, dirt roads, in salt water or flooded areas, or off-road is prohibited
- Overnight rentals begin at 4:30pm and are due back by 11am the next morning. Multi-night and weekly rentals are due back by 11am on the final day
Cancellation Policy
Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or credit. You'll also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
