Know before you go

- A valid driver's license is required; learner's permits are not accepted
- Complete a vehicle walk-around and condition form before departure
- Accept responsibility for any new damage or loss of the vehicle
- Stay within the rental boundaries, including most of downtown St. Augustine and Anastasia Island
- Cross only the Bridge of Lions; do not drive on beaches, dirt roads, flooded areas, water, or off-road
- Return overnight rentals by 11 AM the following morning
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
