Important details

• Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license; learner's permits are not accepted
• Use eye protection at all times; sunglasses or other glasses qualify
• Ride one person per scooter with no passengers
• Stay within downtown St. Augustine and Anastasia Island boundaries; cross only the Bridge of Lions
• Do not ride on US-1, roads with speed limits over 40 mph, beaches, dirt roads, flooded areas, or off-road
• Overnight rentals begin at 4:30 PM and are due by 11 AM; multi-night rentals are due by 11 AM on the final day
• A security deposit may be charged for scooter damage, and your credit card may be charged if damage exceeds the deposit
• Unpaid traffic tickets incur a $15.95 administrative fee plus the ticket cost
