- Tours run rain or shine; wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the forecast
- Plan ahead before arrival because there are no restroom stops during the tour
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 24+ hours before individual tours (1–9) for a full refund; same-day bookings are nonrefundable. Groups of 10–14 need 48 hours' notice, and groups of 15+ need 72 hours'. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. If the operator cancels due to weather, staffing, or unforeseen circumstances, choose a reschedule or full refund.

The route can accommodate wheelchairs and strollers, but some historic brick and coquina paving is uneven.
All ages are welcome, and the tour has light scares. Some stories include death, historic tragedy, and crime, so they may be spooky for younger or sensitive children.
Well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome on the tour.
