Cancellation Policy
Cancel 24+ hours before for a full refund. Groups of 10–14 need 48 hours' notice; groups of 15+ need 72 hours. Same-day bookings and no-shows are nonrefundable. You may reschedule for the following evening, subject to availability. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels, including due to weather.
