Tours run nightly from 14 Nov to 31 Jan. Please arrive at the dock at least 15 minutes early; the boat departs on schedule and late arrivals are considered no-shows. Guests who appear intoxicated will be refused boarding.

A: Yes. Free parking is available on the north side of the Conch House Marina and Restaurant.

A: Yes. Guests who appear intoxicated may be denied boarding and will not receive a refund.
Full refunds are available with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling is free with 24 hours notice, or subject to a $10 fee if made less than 24 hours in advance. No-shows are charged in full and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Please arrive at 57 Comares Avenue at the Conch House Marina and Restaurant at least 15 minutes before departure. Walk to the main dock, pass the bar and tiki torches, and head down the ramp to the boats on the right side.
