Things to know
Tours run nightly from 14 Nov to 31 Jan. Please arrive at the dock at least 15 minutes early; the boat departs on schedule and late arrivals are considered no-shows. Guests who appear intoxicated will be refused boarding.
Cancellation policy
Free refund with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours costs $10 and must be done at least 2 hours before departure. Arrive 15 minutes early; the boat leaves on time. No-shows are non-refundable.
