- A boarding lift serves specific doors. Narrow doorways and uneven passageways may prevent you from moving between cars with a wheelchair or scooter
- Stay aboard at Marine on St. Croix; there is no place to get off the train
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure and give your name at the ticket window to collect your boarding pass. Trains depart promptly
