Receive a full refund when you cancel more than 7 days before departure. Receive a 50% refund when you cancel 72 hours to 7 days before departure. No refund for cancellations less than 72 hours before departure. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.

Wear comfortable shoes that are easy to remove, or go barefoot. High heels are not permitted.
Bring your own food aboard. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Complimentary bottled water is included, and other beverages are available for purchase onboard.
Children under 13 must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life preserver while aboard. Properly sized life vests are available, or you may bring your own approved life preservers.
