Cancellation Policy
Full refunds for guest cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance. In cases where the company cancels—due to factors like severe weather, horse health, or safety concerns—a full refund is also provided. While the service typically runs rain or shine, safety remains the top priority. The company may end a ride at any point if guest behavior poses a risk.
