Cancellation policy
48 Hr. Cancellation Notice Required. You may cancel your reservation by email 48 hours prior to your pickup time for a full refund. Phone cancelations are not accepted. Reservations cancelled after the 48 hour cutoff may receive a non expiring credit and rebook for a future date. Same day and next day reservations are non refundable.
