Single-occupancy SUPs are for ages 8+. Ages 8–15 need a signed form and an adult 18+ on the water; ages 16–17 need a signed form and may paddle without an adult. Parking can be difficult; arrive 10 minutes early and return on time to avoid late fees.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation for a full refund. No refunds within 4–48 hours or within 4 hours of start; no-shows are charged in full. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
