Know before you go
- Complete the waiver before arriving
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in
- Show your confirmation at the front gate; park entry is included with your rental
- Expect park-entry waits of 30 minutes to 1 hour during peak weekend hours
- Limit contact with the water because this reservoir is used for drinking water
- Return equipment on time; late returns incur a $10 fee per 15 minutes
- Keep personal belongings with you, as storage is not available
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. No-call/no-show reservations are not refundable. Reservations not claimed within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time are forfeited. Inclement weather cancellations receive a digital gift card valid for two seasons.
