Star Island Millionaire's Row Segway Tour in Miami Beach

This bike and skate rental operation wins people over with genuinely friendly service that feels more personal than corporate. Staff members like Sandra, Sebastian, and Miguel get called out by name for going the extra mile, whether that's storing a water bottle in the fridge, giving route recommendations for the best photo spots, or even fixing a customer's personal bike for free. The vibe is warm and family-like, with multilingual visitors consistently praising the welcoming atmosphere. The equipment quality is solid, with everything from bikes to roller skates and Segways available for exploring South Beach and the surrounding area. A happy hour special between 1-4 PM adds an extra free hour to rentals, which regulars clearly appreciate. A couple of reviewers found the pricing steep compared to city bike shares and noted the rental time slots aren't super flexible, but the quality of both equipment and personal attention seems to justify the difference for most people. If you want reliable gear with actual human guidance on where to ride, this is your spot.
