Full refund over 7 days before start. 50% refund for cancellations 3–7 days prior. No refund within 3 days. Weather decisions follow NOAA; refunds or rescheduling only for winds over 28 mph, thunderstorms, or hurricanes (Miami in the cone). No refunds for typical rain. Operator may modify reservations due to boat unavailability or unsafe weather.
