Epic Excursions consistently delivers memorable coastal adventures with a team of captains who clearly love what they do. Brian, Mason, Ian, Jack, and Aimee all get enthusiastic shoutouts for being knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely invested in making each trip special. The popular Oyster Farm tour offers a unique tasting experience, while island excursions to Masonboro and Lea Island provide peaceful escapes with crystal-clear water and excellent shelling. Groups especially appreciate the company event packages, which include seafood boils, bonfires, and activities like cornhole. What really stands out is how the captains adapt to each group's needs. They handle everything from teaching a five-year-old to help steer the boat to accommodating bachelorette party requests. Even when weather throws curveballs, the team makes it work and keeps everyone happy. The little extras matter too, like providing coolers with ice and float pads for kids. It's clear this operation runs smoothly whether you're booking a romantic sunset cruise, a family outing, or a corporate team-building event.
Highly recommend this company. I took a trip to Wilmington recently with my partner and we went on the Oyster Farm tour and tasting. If you like oysters (or just curious) and looking for a unique experience, this is it. They also offer other boat tours that sound just as fun.
