Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation for a refund minus a 15% administration fee (25% for 4+ bikes). Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are charged the full rental amount. Early returns are non-refundable for unused time. Late returns incur charges at the daily rental rate. If the operator cancels, you'll receive a full refund or credit.

Yes. Ferry delivery is available at the Port of Friday Harbor, 204 Front St., timed with ferry arrivals at 10 am and noon, for $10 each way. Island-wide delivery and collection start at $50 each way. These optional charges are not included in the listed price.
