Important details
- Renters must be 18 or older. Riders under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to be present, supervise directly, and sign the waiver.
- Wear closed-toe footwear.
- Delivery is not available inside national parks, including Moose and Jenny Lake. The closest delivery location to Moose is the town of Jackson.
- For multi-day rentals, your first booking day counts as a rental day even if you start in the afternoon.
- Return your bike by 7pm on the final rental day.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations made within 72 hours of the rental are final and cannot be changed. Cancellations less than 72 hours before the rental incur a fee of 50% of the full amount paid; less than 24 hours incurs a 100% fee. No-shows and rentals not cancelled are charged in full. Cancellations must be received and confirmed.
