Important details
- Rentals require an adult age 18 or older. Minors may ride only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must be present and sign the waiver.
- Wear closed-toe footwear.
- Delivery is not available inside national parks, including Moose and Jenny Lake. The closest delivery location to Moose is the town of Jackson.
- For multi-day rentals, your first booking day counts as a full rental day, even if you start in the afternoon.
- Return your bike by 7pm on the last day of your rental.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 72 hours before your rental incur a 50% fee; cancellations less than 24 hours before incur a 100% fee. Reservations made within 72 hours of the rental are final and cannot be changed. No-shows and uncancelled rentals are charged in full.
