Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 4 weeks before your event for a refund of payments made, minus an administrative fee of 25% of the total event cost. Payments are non-refundable for cancellations 4 weeks or less before the event. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Setup and pickup times vary. You'll receive an email or text approximately 24 hours before your event with the crew's 2-hour arrival window. Priority Delivery lets you choose a 2-hour delivery or pickup window for $50 per window, subject to availability. This optional service must be added at least one week before your event.
