Know before you go
- Ages 4+ only
- Wear secure footwear that attaches to your feet; no flip-flops, slides or bare feet
- Bring lunch and enough to drink for the river
- Complete a liability waiver; participants 17 and under need a parent or legal guardian signature
- A responsible adult age 18+ must accompany all minors
- No alcohol, drugs or marijuana before or during the trip
- Trips run rain or shine
- Adult life jackets fit chests 30–52 inches and travelers over 90 lbs; child and youth sizes are available for 30–90 lbs
Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel 21+ days before your trip. Cancel 8–20 days before for a refund minus a $10 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days and day-of cancellations or no-shows receive no monetary refund.
FAQs
Reschedule more than 7 days ahead to avoid a fee. Changes within 7 days incur a $10 per person fee; same-day changes incur a $20 per person fee.
Wetsuit and bootie rentals are available and may be required when the combined air and water temperature is below 120 degrees.
Organized groups of 24 or more are subject to a $1 per person gratuity, which is not included in the listed price.
