Things to know
Ages 7+ only; double riding is not allowed. Rider weight limit is 250 lbs, and you must be able to mount with minimal assistance. Arrive at least 15 minutes early—late arrivals may be denied with no refund, and a $50 rebooking fee may apply if rebooked.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled ride date and time. Cancel 24–48 hours before: 50% refund. Same-day cancellations: no refund. Date changes: $50 booking change fee; may include a rate difference. You may reschedule once.

Wear jeans or pants (no shorts above the knee) and closed-toe shoes. Do not wear flip flops, sandals, Crocs, or high heels. If you wear barefoot-style shoes, they must be fully enclosed with a complete hard rubber sole and no buckles or straps; boot heels must be no more than 1 inch.
No. Do not bring bags, purses, backpacks, water bottles, or similar items with you while riding.
Helmets are provided at no charge. If you do not sign a refusal in the waiver, you must wear a helmet. For child group riding events (such as birthday parties, troops, or school outings), all participating children must wear helmets.
