Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time
- Wear closed-toe shoes
- Sign the safety waiver by the night before your flight
- Minors under 18 must fly with a parent or legal guardian and have a signed waiver
- Minimum weight is 50 pounds
- Requires climbing in and out of the basket unassisted and standing for the 30–45 minute flight
- Pregnant individuals cannot fly
- Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled when weather is unsafe for flying
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your flight for a refund minus a $25 per-person cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. This excludes cancellations due to inclement weather, as determined by the pilot for safety.
