Important details
- Check in 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time
- Ages 7+ only
- Weight limit 250 lbs
- Requires mounting and dismounting the horse yourself, with minimal assistance
- Pregnant riders cannot participate
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes; flip-flops, sandals, Crocs, and high heels are not permitted
- Wear jackets rather than tying them around your waist
- Complete a liability waiver. A minor's waiver must be completed by a natural parent or legal court-appointed guardian; court-appointed guardians must present supporting court documentation
- Ride at a walking pace only; running, trotting, and cantering are not permitted
- Remain with the wrangler or trail guide and follow all instructions
- Do not smoke or drink alcohol before or during the ride
- Do not bring bags, purses, or backpacks while riding; secure phones and cameras safely
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled ride for a full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are not refunded.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time to check in. If you arrive late, you may be denied participation with no refund. If rebooking is possible, you will pay a rebooking fee of $50 plus any rate difference, and you can only be rebooked one time.
Wear jeans or pants (no shorts above the knee) and closed-toe shoes. Do not wear flip-flops, sandals, Crocs, or high heels (boot heels must be 1 inch or less). If you wear barefoot-style shoes, they must be fully enclosed with a complete hard rubber sole and no buckles or straps.
Yes. Every rider must have a completed waiver of liability signed by the adult rider. For ages 7–17, a parent or a legal court-appointed guardian (with proof) must complete the waiver; relatives other than the parent cannot sign for a minor.
